Pur in una situazione in continua evoluzione, grazie all’impegno di tutti, nel corso del 2022 abbiamo potuto realizzare con successo molte delle attività pianificate, e ciò rappresenta un’incredibile iniezione di fiducia sulle possibilità professionali e relazionali di ciascuno di noi.
Ancora di più in tempi difficili, tra le innumerevoli emergenze che scuotono il mondo, vogliamo sottolineare l’importanza del lavoro “pancia a terra”, della sua capacità di dare solidità e concretezza. Sarà proprio l’àncora di stabilità fornita dal lavoro, come suprema espressione di socialità e forza reciproca, oltre che di identità, che saprà farci guardare al futuro con positività e rinnovata energia. We wish you to enjoy the slower rhythm of the coming days to recharge body and mind, and to share the harmony of the holidays with the persons who are part of our everyday life, at work and in the family.
Despite the fluctuating economic situation, thanks to everyone’s commitment, we have been able to successfully accomplish many of the activities planned for 2022, which represents an incredible boost of confidence in the professional and relational possibilities of each of us.
Even more so in difficult times, amidst the countless emergencies shaking the world, we want to emphasise the importance of belly-down work and of its contribution of solidity and concreteness. It is precisely the stability provided by work, as the higher expression of sociality and reciprocal strength, as well as of identity, that will be able to lead us to look to the future with optimism and renewed energy.
